Refund policy

You have 90 nights from the delivery date to try your order. If it is not for you, email us with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Return the item(s) in the condition you would want to receive them in. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive your return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items damaged by misuse, or returns started after 90 nights, are not eligible. Items damaged in transit are covered separately — email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
