Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 7–12 business days after processing. Your grounding mat ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a package coming from down the street.

One package

Whether you order 1 mat or 2, everything ships together in one package, with one cord for each mat.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow your package the rest of the way.
